  9. Click Restart in the Start menu.
  10. Then try to re-activate Windows 10.

5. Update on site

Message: We recommend that you create a restore point before starting the upgrade.

  1. Find the official Windows 10 startup program.
  2. Choose Run. You must have administrator rights to run this tool.
  3. If you accept the license terms, on the license terms page, select Accept.
  4. On the What to do page, select Update this PC now, then Next.
  5. This process should fix the problem.
